Due to a retirement, Maritime Energy has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Montville office. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, a good communicator, both verbal and written, possess the ability to multi-task effectively, maintain customer focus and provide service outstanding customer. Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering the phone, responding accurately to customer inquiries, following up on customer queries as necessary, and handling customer payments accurately.
